Can a bartender kick you out a bar just because he does not like you

Bars are private businesses and may exclude anyone they choose for any non-discriminatory reason, or even for no reason at all. Whether the bartender has the authority to do so on his own is up to the owners and managers. The answer to your question depends upon the bar's business practices, not the law.
