Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Louisiana

Libel Suit Questions [again]

The person who was written about was in no way implied in anything illegal nor anything such as [she has AIDS]...simply it was her personal life written in black and white. It is all true [what was written] and can be proven [thru witnesses and written documentaion]...The person who is trying to sue,is angry their personal business was said out loud. Do they have a REAL case?
