i bought a 2001 hyundui accent also bought a warranty 3 weeks later the car broke. everything that broke was covered but they deny my claim due 2 a modifaction to the car that was made with out my knowlage it was there when i bought the car and the warranty.now im stuck with a car that will ruin my credit and the dealer refuses to do anything about it what can i do

Did you buy a warranty from the car dealer or a third party company?
You should sit down with an attorney that will go over everything with you to see what you can do about this, if anything. A lot will depend on who sold you the warranty, and any exclusions in its coverage.
