what are the car return law after purchase in Louisiana. I live in MS but purchase the car in Louisiana. Can the dealer buy the car back. If auction off will I have to pay the left off balance. After purchasing the car I lost my job. I asked the finance company what to do and they said to ask the dealer to buy it back It is a 2007 Jeep Compass
with 16000 or so miles.

If you are talking about a voluntary surrender, normally you will be responsible for any balance remaining after the vehicle is sold.
