foriegn object in can of soda
I found a grass hopper in the bottom of a can of pepsi i was drinking.the can never left my hand and the grass hopper was dead and brown not the normal green color they usually are.

I assume you want to sue. You have to prove damages suffered and then you have a right to be compensated for those.
