I signed a home improvement ''Proposal'' and gave them only a % of the deposit. 3 days later (on a Sat) I called and left msgs on 2 phone numbers that I changed my mind and any couldn't go through with the roofing job. On the 3rd business day (Mon) morn I left msgs again, with same msg. Monday afternoon the I reached the owner. She said under no circumstances would they refund my deposit. I have the FTC Cooling-Off-Rule. I need the State of Lousianas similar ruling or Law in order to go back to this company.
