Judgment Filed 3yrs.8mths. after Summons

Can a judgment be filed this long after summons served. I don't even remember being served since it has been 5 years since served, just found out about judgment that was filed. served 4/15/03, judgment filed 1/23/08.

You need to take this to an attorney. If nothing was done in the last 3 years to move the case forward, then it may be dismissed on its own merits for lack of prosecution.
