Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
Money paid Dog not received
My friend lives in Australia, bought a dog and the breeder excepted the money, now the breeder is ignoring my friend and will not answer any calls or e-mails in over 2 months. Can someone please help this Elderly woman and advise how to approach and can charges be filed? My friend has asked me to help get the money back and will give me POA regarding transaction, but I think this is more involved for myself trying to get my degree as a Paralegal.
