will not refund my money
i purchased a product from a on-line company, returned it as per their instructions, now i'm having trouble getting them to credit a refund to my credit card. what should i do?

File a protest with your credit card company. There is a specific procedure you need to follow, and it is probably on the credit card company's website. Follow it EXACTLY. Ask that they credit the amount back to your account.
