legal question
13yrs ago, my exboyfiend bought a car and i signed the papers with him. I had no drivers license and I had just turned 18 a month prior. He physically abused me so I immediately left him. He kept the car. We are now being sued, can the car company seize what I own now,ie. vehicle.
