assault and battery
ok im 14 years of age and a 13 year old had tried to sell me drugs i told him i was gonna fight him then one day i seen him and jumped on him and beat him up i didnt use a weapon or anything his parents pressed charges on me of assault and battery and i have no criminal record what will they do to me??

Probably put you on some sort of probation. I assume you have told school officials, the police, your parents and when you get your chance you will tell the court that the kid tried to sell you drugs.
