Drug Case

If there is a person that will say that drugs that they found in my car belonged to them, should I go to trial to clear my name?

Discuss this with your lawyer. If you cannot afford a lawyer the court can appoint one for you.

Whether or not to try a case is a complicated decision that should only be made by a person who knows as much as possible about the facts of the case and who knows how to try a criminal case. I (and just about any other lawyer in this forum) only have one of those two qualifications.
