expungement
I was charge with felony theft and placed on probation and ordered to pay fines and restitution. Restitution had been paid in full.... can I get this expudged off my record? this is my first offense and no prior trouble with the law (record is clean except for this one thing).

If you were not sentenced under Article 894 of the criminal code, you will have some trouble getting an expungement.
