Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

minor criminal damage

My neighbor claims I slit his tire. The police came to my house and told me I will be noified when to appear in court.

I have tried to work this out with my neighbor but so far have be unsuccessful. What is my best course of action. I absolutely can not have a criminal record, I am a nurse.

The first question is "Can they prove you did this?" Considering the importance of your career I suggest you consult with a good defense lawyer.
