I owe 25hunrd dollar fine and im disabled and get SSI.Im unable to pay my fines.what do I do about this??

You should contact your probation officer and tell him your problem. If he won't work with you or you have no probation officer, then you need to go to the DA and ask them to take you back to court so you can address the problem with the Judge.
