Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I plead guilty a simple battery charge and wanted to get it expunge off my record. I am unemployed and don`t have much money to pay in order to have it removed. I`ll be graduating from college in nine months and I really need this off my record. What other options can I try?

The only option is an action to order the expungement. In the long run, it is more cost effective to hire an attorney.
