my son lives with his mom my x wife and he has a 20 year old woman liveing with him as is girl friend hes only 16th as of this past 7/08 what can be done adout this

Call the police & accuse the woman of Carnal Knowledge of a juvenile.

Do what Mr. Casanave says, and call child protection. They will investigate with the police but you should be ready to take custody of your son.
