Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

Unauthorized Entry
12yr old arrested for unauthorized entry to an abandoned warehouse behind subdivision along with many other kids in subdiv. First time at place and in trouble with law, did not damage anything but some kids have damaged things in past and two kids charged for some damage. What is best thing to say to Judge at court date to help reduce any fine etc? Any other comments? Kid in wrong place at wrong time but owner is pushing police because of past damages to find kids that have been in the place. Statements from other kids prove he did not do anything but walk in building which was unlocked.

Assure the Judge that you will punish the child, and that it will never happen again. Maybe offer some community service.
