I'm 19 and got my 1st DWI. Do I qualify for Article 894?

Probably yes, but that does not guarantee that you will be sentenced under C.Cr.P. 894. All sentencing is the exclusive right of the judge. The judge is free to sentence you as generously or harshly as the law permits.
