arrested for DUIwhean you are not driving?
i stop the car couse i feel the efect ofalcohool in my body i park the car and woalked to the side of the road wean i saw a couple of police oficer and told them that down the courner there is a woman getting beet up by a man,,the police apoint there weapons at me told me toraise my hands up and turn around inspected me for weapon wheant to my vehicle and check it auo for weapons did not find any arrested me and took me to the hospital run a blood test and a painful cathedral (a pice of plastic house inserteed in to my dick) and left me there straped down until morning that doctorr relese me...and handle a me a summon to apear in court 23 november 2003....what i did wrong ? is that legalto do..?
