bond refund
in louisiana, i was charged with a DWI, the charges have been dismissed, am i entitled to a refund

If you paid the full amount of the bond to the Sheriff's Office, then you get it back less a processing fee. If you paid a bondsman, then no you get nothing back. You paid for the bondsman to post your bond, that is how he makes his living.
