Mi brother had an dwi on march 35, the court is on may 28, does he need to take a lawyer?

You are never required by law to have a lawyer, but he should have a lawyer for a DWI charge. That is a very serious offense that carries possible jail time, long probation periods, a lot of community service, etc. He should contact an attorney in his locality.
