My husband got his 1st offense DWI, refused the BAC, filed for an Article 894 and expungement and was granted both. He went to get his license reinstated and they refuse to reinstate his CDL. Is this how it goes even if you were granted both Article 894 and the expungement? He will lose his job if he can not get his CDL reinstated.

There are very stringent rules regarding commercial drivers licenses. An expungement does not apply to criminal histories or driving records.
