Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Louisiana

How can filmmakers film illegal activities, have it available to the general public and not be charged for being an accessory to a crime? What about those in the film/television show? Are they protected or can the film be used as evidence against them? Can law enforcement force them to turn over their film or is that protected under the second amendment?

Your question has to be specific. There are laws which prevent exploitation and which prohibit participating in criminal activities. Any evidence of something like that would be seizable and all participants would be subject to prosecution. However, there are certain film projects which are made in cooperation with law enforcement. Different rules apply in that circumstance.
