Can I sue someone for publicizing distasteful pic's of me?
I recently did a nude photoshoot w/ a photographer for artistic purposes. I was comfortable with this because he assured me that I was could review and reject anything I found inappropriate. I made it perfectly clear that I was only interested in artistic nudity and that certain body parts were not to be shown. I saw some pictures that I found to be distasteful and he assured me that he would dispose of them. Now one of them is posted on a photography website after I made it clear that he didn't have my permission to do that. He did not pay me for any of this and I never signed a consent form for him to publicize these photos. From what I've been told, what he is doing is illegal and I have every right to sue. Is this the case?
