adultery

Is interenet sex considered adultery?? If that or even real sexual relations are proven...does it affect the division of property if children grown??

Under Louisiana law fault is not normally an issue in the division of property. Also, a "no fault" divorce is so simple to obtain that very few divorces are obtained on the legal basis of adultery.

Community Property is split 50-50 no matter why the divorce is granted.
