Affair Question

My wife and I are in the middle of a divorce. I hired a PI to follow my wife because I had suspicions that she was cheating on me. The PI obtained video evidence of my wife and my child staying over night at her �boyfriend�s� house. She has left me with all the community property bills; mortgage, insurance, and others bills. She refuses to help pay for any of the joint debt. Can the above evidence help me get back pay for all the joint bills and alimony?

Adultery will not solve your community property problems but it may solve your alimony issues. Consult an attorney.
