name change
I had a son by ex-boyfriend. My son's first and last name is the same as my ex. How can I get a name change on the birth certificate.. The father, out of duty and his family pressure sees my son about 13 hours a week, mostly for His mother's sake. He pays me 100.00 a week and has me sign for it.

If the father will not agree, then you are out of luck as long as he pays and he visits.
