Child Support
After going to court I was instructed to pay a certain amount to the mother, due to the fact that I made more income than she. Now she is working and I am now out of a job and of course making less. Can I now take her back to court and have the child support lowered due to her making more income than I? What can I do??

Yes......and you must get the order modified or you continue to owe the original amount.
