Can the custodial parent request more child support from non-custodial parent if they remarry and new spouse has significantly more income? In other words, will new support be based on new spouse's income?

Child support can only be increased to the extent the new spouse's income decreases the expenses of the non-custodial parent.

In most cases, no.
