Is there a way to prove my fiance's ex wife is depositing the child support money and spending it on herself? And can we get the child support lowered due to us having a child together? Can we send his ex wife the bill for their childs health insurance and make her pay for it out of the child support money?

Contact an attorney & file to get child support recalculated (a relatively inexpensive procedure that sometimes pays for itself). This will lead to him getting credit for paying for the insurance.

Ask that lawyer about ways to monitor her spending.
