Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

no contact

i am currently in Va and my kids was evacuated to Beauregard Parish because of the hurricane. Just wanted to say your all in our thoughts and prayers. Now, i called to my 14 y/o cell phone to see how my kids were doing and she came on the phone to say that ''momma, won't let us talk to you and there mother came on the phone and did not say anything about there well being. we went to court in July and she was ordered to give me the kids cell phone because she was montioring the calls w/ me and was told not to. So, I call my kids on there cell and there mother does not like it and refuse to let me speak w/ them because I will not give her my home # i do not own a cell phone but the kids have there grandmother, aunt, and uncles cell phone # if they need to get in contact with me because I am rarely home because of work and school.so do i go back to court and ask for parentiental interference..and what type of punishment comes with this? it seems as though that the courts don't want to decrease my child support or even make her pay 1/2 of the kids plane ticket being that they come 2x a yr.what other recourse do I have or what do i ask for? any help is appreciated.

Re: no contact

You have the right to file a contempt rule against her for violating the court's Order. Your remedies are attorney's fees and costs, plus the court can relieve you of your obligation to pay child support.
