Custody Case
We have been back & forth in court since October, each filing a continuance for different reasons. We are going back to court in a couple of days, Our Lawyer is filing an Exposition. Please explain to me what that term means.

You should ask your lawyer. I don't have a clue. Maybe he was saying he was going to ask for "depositions."

It is curious that you don't feel comfortable to ask your lawyer. You should. That's what he or she is being paid for.
