dads rights
I got mad and walked out on my
family again
I left my kids and wife with no
money to get food or gas and I am
sorry. She filed for divorce and claims
I am a negligent parent with no
regard for the well being of the kids;
she wants child support spousal
support supervised visits and my
truck because her car is old and
undependable
What am I required to give ? I make
pretty good money

Child support, temporary spousal support (and possible permanent after the divorce) and you need to provide reliable transportation for your children, so she may get your truck unless you make other arrangements. You need to give them money now for necessities. The longer you wait the deeper hole you dig for yourself. Contact an attorney.
