my husband left 10 months ago, I am seeking a divorce but is unable to locate him to sign the paperwork. I am concerned because we have 3 minor children.

You can still file divorce and the court can appoint a attorney to represent your absentee husband so that you may proceed forward. The appointed attorney will attempt to locate him but this will allow you to proceed forward. Hope this helps and good luck.
