Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Can my husband use phone records of mine as a cause for divorce. I have a friend that is going thru a divorce and we have talked quite a bit lately to get her thru. My husband has supported her also until we recently started having problems. We have three children and he is going to use this as grounds to get custody of our children.

Use what as grounds? Taking on the phone? Or does he have recordings of conversations? Either way, custody is determined by best interest of the children, and the mother has a leg up on the father no matter how "equal" things are supposed to be. So, either you left some facts out, or you are worried over nothing.
