Can you tell me if the legal system will allow and mother with a underage child move in with her boyfriend with the child in the state of Louisiana. Does the biological father have to be in agreement with it?

In all of the Custody Plans I prepare, there is a provision that neither party can have an overnight guest of the opposite sex not related to them when the child is spending the night. If it is not in your plan, then the father could, and should ask for that to be added. With all the boyfriend and step-father child molesters nowadays, it is a must.
