To early to file child support?
A friend of mine has recently gone through a marriage annulment. She's 5 months pregnant. Is it too early to file for child support or does she have to wait until after birth of child?

Louisiana does not have annulments unless the marriage was an absolute nullity. You can aak for and gain prenatal support if you can prove the man is the father.
