I am filing for divorce in Louisiana, I filing uncontested with no children, property or bank accounts. We have lived apart for 1year and 4 months and are currently living apart. Do I have to have her sign the waiver form to file for a default divorce?

She has to be served. Either by the sheriff or by accepting service of the petition and waiving further notice. Or, both of you can file.
