How do I fix my affidavit in louisiana
I just wrote up an affidavit for a civil warrant in the state of Louisaina ordering the law officials anywhere to obtain my daughter from her mother who refuses to return her. After the paper was filed and signed by the judge I notice a mistake in it and I dont know how to fix it. With out losing my child

Depends on the mistake. Some are harmless, some defeat the affidavit.

If you think the mistake will void the warrant, re-write it & go back to the same judge. You can explain an innocent mistake.
