Important question about marriage
Hello! I am an international student
in USA (my visa is to expire in July
2009) and is about to marry
another F1 student here (his visa
will be there). Is my marriage legal?
What are the legal opportunities
given to me?

To obtain a marriage license in New Jersey you need only reside in New Jersey for the required period of time, which is a year or perhaps less. You should call the town where you live to answer this question. Ask to speak with the department which issues marriage certificates.
