Judgment not signed
My ex husband and I appeared befor a judge over a year ago and minutes were taken. My ex never signed the judgment so the papers were never filed. How do I get the judge to sign papers with out a lawyer. I aready sent off for the transcripts. What's the next step?

Draft judgment stating exactly what the ruling was by the judge, according to the transcript, and present that ruling with a copy of the transcript to the judge.
