Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My marriage is over but he will not leave the house. We have 2 children and I do not feel that we should have to leave. It would be easier for him to leave because he could easily move in with either of his brothers, who live down the streeet so he could still be close to our kids, or with his parents. But he refuses. We really cannot afford a lawyer, we have no savings. He also thinks that we should still sleep in the same bed because neither of us want to sleep on the couch. What are my rights?

You can file for divorce an ask for you and the kids to have the house and he can be ordered out of the house. Get a lawyer.
