My daughter while under duress signed Domiscile Parental rights to her ex-in-laws, while their son, her ex-husband was being charged with internet child porn and solicitaion. (By duress, I mean, after Katrina was living with them, had no job or house). Also under undo influenence re-married her husband while he was in jail under the 69 separate charges. Subsequently, he plead guilty is under house arrest for 2 years (possible jail confinment later). She would like to regain sole custody of her children and move, but her In-laws are blocking he attempts. What can be done, by her or by us(of course there is more informatin to this saga).

I do not doubt that this is far more complicated a matter than you can fairly place on this board. I suggest that you consult with a lawyer near the Parish/County where the children reside.
