Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Mom relocating to remarry

I want to know how I could move to another state with my son. The move is in good faith. We have aready been to court and the issue of removing the child was withdrawn. I want to know also how could I prove that this move is in good faith? Both grandparents live in Louisiana, but have means of travel. So does father, though he hasn't showed any interest in child. Please help.

Contact a lawyer who can advise you of how to properly notify the father of the move. If he doesn't file an objection, then you can move.
