My oldest son moved out his mothers house at 17 and has moved in with his 20 year old girlfriend and her mother. He currently has quit school and has now a full time job working construction from7am to 5:30pm everyday. I have tried to contact the mother by calling and even going by her house. No one contacts me back. Am I still having to pay child support on him since he has recently made all these changes and not living with his legal guardian?

Get an attorney to file a motion to terminate your support obligation. Mom is no more entitled than you are.
