After papers are served for divorce, when can I begin to see another person?
After my spouse receives the paperwork that I have filed for a divorce, when is it legally acceptable for me to have a social life?

I am not sure what you mean, but if by "legally acceptable" you mean to have sex, it remains adultery until the divorce is final.
