Yes. A subpoena is a legal order to appear at a specified place at a specified time for a specified purpose. You do not get to decide what subpoenas you comply with and which ones you ignore. If you think you have grounds to quash a subpoena you should talk to a lawyer about quashing the subpoena. However, in most cases you cannot have a subpoena quashed. the standard for discovery is not whether your information and testimony is relevant, the standard is whether you have information or can testify to information that might help the attorney find relevant evidence.
