Retirement money
I was married to a military man for 22 years. I am entitled to half of his retirement. How do I be sure I get this? It was not included in my divorce decree.

If the decree did not award the retirement benefits to either party, there is a question concerning who owns it. There are federal statutes dealing with that issue. Your note does not provide enough facts to provide you witn a specific answer.
I suggest you contact a lawyer to determine what interest, if any, you have in the retirement benefits.
