What are my rights if I am not listed as the father of my child on the child's birth certificate and another man (her husband) is? Who makes visitation decisions?

First of all, is there a DNA test confirming you are the father? If so, then you need to file to establish paternity, set visitation, and of course, to set child support. If you wish, you can have your name placed on the birth certificate.
